General Processing Time
Items that ship directly from the manufacturer. Your order will be processed in 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Customized products vary for complicated procedures. It depends on your specific orders.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Your order will be ship out randomly by DHL/FedEx/UPS carrier. We won't accept specific carriers.
- North America: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 5-12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-10 business days
- Asia Pacific: 5-15 business days
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 5-12 business days
- North Africa and the Middle East: 1-2 weeks
- Sub-Saharan Africa: 2-3 weeks

Changing Shipping Address
Please make sure that your address is correct with all required information when you checked out. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to the incorrect address information. You can take the time and contact us to apply to change your shipping address before the order ship out.
Tracking Notification
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can get the shipping update from the carrier site. Or you are free to contact us if you have questions about the shipping.
Package Arrived Damaged or Defected
If you found damage on the packing when they arrive, please take pictures and contact to submit a claim within 24 hours after receipt. Our service team will audit it and process the right solutions for you.
We are unable to accept or process claims later than 24 hours after delivery.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Please note we are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the carrier itself. If you have not got the packages in 60 days, you can submit a claim for the missing packages.
