Return Policy

I've received my item but I don't like it, can I send it back?
You can change your mind within 30 days of receipt if your items in the below conditions.

• It is not a customized or personalized order.
• Packed in original condition with all parts and components.
• In new condition with no damage or cut.

Submit your return request with full order information (name, address, phone number and order item details) by contacting us or email us at service@dandelionlighting.com directly. We will get you back within 24 hours. Once got approval, you can self-ship the package to our specified shipping address. Original shipping fee and return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer side. When the return package arrives, the service team will check and audit to approve or reject. Once got approved, you can get a refund to deduct the original shipping fee. If the returned damaged or not in its original condition, we will keep the right to refuse a refund.

Package Arrived Damaged or Defected
If you found damage on the packing when they arrive, please take pictures and contact to submit a claim within 24 hours after receipt. Our service team will audit it and process the right solutions (exchange, refund or reship parts and components) for you. We will be responsible for all fees caused.
We are unable to accept or process claims later than 24 hours after delivery.

What if I made the incorrect address information?
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to the incorrect address information.

Processing Time
1-3 business days for audit and refund. Please allow up to 5 days for the credit to be finalized depends on the bank and credit card company that you use.
